Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size, double, and a twin, along with a family bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, seating area for 2 and woodburning stove. First floor sitting room with woodburning stove. Covered outdoor bar and seating area.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking for 2 cars (the property is located on a no through road so very little traffic). Lockable bike/kayak storage. Front and side lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The owner can provide logs with an honesty box system. Note: There is a very low door on the first floor between the king-size bedroom and the sitting room but there is a second staircase from the open plan area up to the sitting room avoiding the low doorway. Note: This property is not suitable for customers with mobility issues.
